Stratechery Updates + Articles are delivered between 5~9am Eastern time (10am~2pm UTC) Monday–Thursday (three days a week in the summer).
Holidays and Time Off
Stratechery does not publish on most U.S. public holidays as defined by relevant public stock markets, for a week in the summer, and the December holiday season. In addition, there are no Stratechery Interviews in July and the first part of August. I have allocated myself up to eight personal days off in the event I am unable to publish (whether due to sickness, travel, family emergencies, etc.). I will also take up to 12 days of vacation.
The days Stratechery will not publish in 2025 are as follows*:
- January 1–3 — Winter Break
- January 20 — Martin Luther King Jr. Day (US)
- February 17 — President’s Day (US)
- March 31–April 3 — Vacation
- May 12 — Personal Day
- May 26 — Memorial Day (US)
- June 19 — Juneteenth (US)
- June 30–July 3 — Summer Break
- July 4 — Independence Day (US)
- July–August — Summer Schedule (no Interviews)
- August 18–20 — Vacation
- September 1 — Labor Day (US)
- October 27 — Personal Day
- November 26–27 — Thanksgiving (US)
- December 22–30 — Winter Break
